*Candidates must have completed a recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline, including:*

 

• B.Sc.

• BBA/BMS

• BCA

• B.E./B.Tech.

• B.Com

• Other equivalent bachelor’s degrees

 

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Graduation must be completed before joining.

 

About the Role

 

A Solar Counsellor interacts with prospective customers, understands their electricity requirements and helps them make informed decisions about rooftop solar.

 

This is a customer-facing sales and consultation role. It is not a technical installation position.

 

*Key Responsibilities*

 

• Connect with prospective customers through calls

• Schedule and attend customer appointments

• Understand customers’ electricity bills and solar requirements

• Explain solar systems, savings, subsidies, finance options and installation processes

• Conduct customer presentations and answer their questions

• Follow up with interested customers

• Support customers throughout the decision-making process

• Maintain customer records and daily activity reports

• Coordinate with documentation, site-survey and installation teams

• Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets

 

*Preferred Candidate Profile*

 

• Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers

• Good communication in Marathi and Hindi

• Basic working knowledge of English

• Comfortable attending customer meetings and local field visits

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and digital reporting tools

• Willing to work in a customer-facing sales role

• Willing to relocate according to the company’s location requirements

 

*Compensation*

 

• Starting CTC: ₹3.2 LPA

• Performance-based incentives in addition to the CTC

• Travel allowance as per company policy
