Job Title: MEP Engineer – Estimation

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Turbhe

Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

 

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tendering processes for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems across commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, conducting vendor negotiations, and conducting value engineering to ensure cost-effective solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities

· Tender Management

· Quantity Take-offs

· Cost Estimation & Pricing

· Vendor Management

· Value Engineering

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC ducting, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical load calculations.

· Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
