Should possess proven abilities in any of
the programming platforms. Should have good understanding of any of the
programming languages. Should have good communication skills.
Should be self-learner and think logically
which will help to speed in project execution and help achieve desired
performance levels (expected out of them).
This role would suit a motivated
professional who enjoys fostering relationships, problem solving attitude and
working as part of a team but also embraces responsibility for their work as an
individual.

Other Responsibilities
Attend training regularly to speed on
execution, adhering to standards, processes and procedures involved during
execution.
Reconcile and manage all aspects of
programmatic platform updates etc.
Should be multitasking.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Competency
A minimum of a BE/BTech required. Computer
science background and Market Research field.
Client centric mindset, and consulting
skills, emotional intelligence, collaborative, consensus builder, good conflict
management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be comfortable working night shifts as
this is a mandatory requirement. The role provides 24/7 operational support and
may require working on weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Exhibit a sense of ownership that can be
felt throughout the team.
Must have the ability to work in a high
stress, high productivity, and rapidly changing environment.
