  • Freshers: 1 Year Apprenticeship
    (Based on performance, conversion to Company On-Roll after 1 year)

  • Experienced Candidates: Direct Company Role

📍 Job Location:

Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

💰 Compensation Details:

  • Freshers Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

  • Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month
    (Salary depends on interview performance)

🔹 OPEN POSITIONS 🔹

1️⃣ Design Engineer (01 Position)

Shift: General (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Gender: Male

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD & SolidWorks

2️⃣ Production Engineer (04 Positions)

Shift: Rotational

  • Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM

  • Afternoon: 3 PM – 11 PM

  • Night: 11 PM – 7 AM

Gender: Male

Required Skills:

  • Basic Mechanical knowledge

  • Ready to work in shifts

  • Ability to handle manpower

  • Knowledge of 5S

  • Reading scale measurements

  • Reading engineering drawings

3️⃣ Quality Engineer (01 Position)

Shift: Rotational

Gender: Male

Required Skills:

  • Basic Mechanical knowledge

  • Knowledge of Quality Standards

  • Basic understanding of 7QC Tools

  • PPAP Documentation

  • Types of Quality Tests
