🔧 Required Key Skills:

  • Basic knowledge / experience in SQL

  • Understanding of any programming language (Java / C++ / C#)
    OR basic knowledge of Linux (preferred)

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-level (L1) support for application-related queries

  2. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when required

  3. Assist users with application usage and navigation

  4. Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

  5. Maintain and update tickets, reports, and trackers

  6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  7. Participate in training sessions and continuously learn new technologies
