Selection Process:


·         Shortlisting of CVs based on candidate's academic profile.


·         Aptitude Tests including verbal & logical reasoning


·         Personal Interview.



Note: The selected candidates will be under training program with various job assignments for a period 12 months, post which depending on their career interest,  job knowledge, level of expertise, and eligibility, they will be employed as Engineers (for Graduates) and Supervisors (for Diploma). During the training period, the candidates will get an opportunity to work on live assignments and may get rotated in various engineering departments as per the company’s training program and department requirements. The placement location would be either in our Design Center in Chennai, India, or, onsite operations in UAE.
