Criteria:


1.     BE (Mechanical/ Chemical) – 2021 & 2022 Passouts. (2022 Passouts will be preferred) 


2.     6.5 CGPA Minimum with no pending backlogs




 Selection Process:


1.     Online Test (Aptitude + Technical)


2.     Group Discussion


3.     Personal Interview


Salary Structure: 


1.     During the first 6 months of the training program, – 13,500/- per month.


2.     After completion of 6 months of the training program a Salary package between 2 - 3 Lakhs Per Annum CTC will be awarded based on performance during the training period.
