PCE is hosting pool campus placement drive for Diploma and BE students from Mech-Civil and Electrical Engg branches on 1st April 2022.

*Eligibility Criteria:* The criterion for the candidates who will be appearing for the Campus Drive will be as follows:


For Graduate and Diploma Engineer Trainees – Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical the percentage criteria is above 65% and the Date of Birth for Graduate Engineer Trainees  should not be earlier then 1st July 1999 and for Diploma Engineer Trainees it should not be earlier then 1st July 2002.


*Compensation: For BE Students-* 

We will be offering a Monthly Stipend of Rs - 23000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs - 5000/- (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs-60000 will be paid after completion of one year) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).


For Diploma Students: A Monthly Stipend of Rs - 18000/- + Retention Bonus of Rs - 3000/- (The entire Retention Bonus of Rs - 36000/- will be paid after completion of one year) for the Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET).

 

Those BE candidates who do not get selected as Graduate Engineer Trainees, can opt for our alternative scheme of Trainee Engineer who will be paid Rs - 18000/- + Accommodation. 

 


The selected candidates will undergo one year training on Monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions. After successful completion and review the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles.
