Swabhav Techlabs is a unique technology mentoring school. We partner with colleges, students, and software development companies by being “the platform to nurture talent and transform them into industry-ready software professionals”.

 

Today, Swabhav Techlabs is a community of 300+ programmers, designers, and architects. we’ve been teaching 8 technology courses, across students of 30+ colleges in Mumbai.

 

On completion of our courses, we offer graduates an opportunity to work on what they have mastered in at Companies we are affiliated with.

 

Our graduates work in a range of companies from AurionPro - a 1500+ Member Multinational with an annual turnover of $ 800+Mn to FitPhilia - a Health & Fitness startup founded by IIT grads, along with others namely Miles Software Solutions, B2X Solutions, Infosys, Mastek, KPIT Technologies and more.

 

As per our mission, we find incredible people and teach them how to code, collaborate, communicate and become software engineers. They are then absorbed into the permanent cadre of the Company on completion of the training.

Details of the Profile:

Company Details: Leading MNC, with a turnover of 800+ Crores, 22 offices across 13 countries.

 

Designation: Trainee - Software Developer

Package: INR 3.5 - 4.31 lpa

Tech Stack: Java / Dotnet / Golang

Bond: 2 yrs ( INR 1 Lakh)

 

Location: Mumbai (Should be comfortable relocating to Hyderabad if needed)

 

Eligibility Criteria: B.E / B.Tech (CS, IT), M.E, MCA No percentage / KT Criteria

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and design of web-based and backend, front-end applications.

Responsible to actively work on each stage of Agile methodologies

Provides engineering support when building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems under development

Works upon the new requests assigned to him/her and develop those features

Writes design documents

Resolves and troubleshoots the problems and complex issues

Reports any blockers to his lead and helps unblock quickly

 

Process:

 

1. Online Technical Round I (MCQ Round based on Data structures and algorithms)

2. Technical Round II for chosen students at Swabhav's location  (It will be a written test – Algorithms, Students are Requested to practice well and come.)

2.  HR Round at Swabhav's location on the same day as the technical interview (For the Shortlisted candidates only)
